Studio City Event Center (“Show Venue”) is committed to provide our guests with a safe and memorable experience. Any person or entity purchasing tickets to ELĒKRŎN (“Show”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Studio City Hotels Limited and ELĒKRŎN (the “Management”) reserve the right to amend, delete, and/or add to these T&C without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. The Macau Law shall govern these T&C and all purchasers of tickets and/or Guests agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macau courts.

  1. Ticket(s) purchased are for the show and session as specified on the tickets but the date and time of the show may be subject to change. In such instance, there is no obligation to refund or exchange the tickets. All tickets sold are subject to Management's right to cancel, alter and/or reschedule the performance, add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary advertised programs, change the prices, venues or audience capacity.
  2. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable for any reason once transaction is completed and/or booking is confirmed. Management is not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
  3. Tickets may only be purchased through ELĒKRŎN official website; Studio City Box Offices; or through Management’s authorized sales channels, vendors and/or agents. Tickets sold and/or obtained through at unofficial websites, vendors, online reseller shops, online auctions, or ticket brokers, etc., will be made invalid. In such cases, the purchaser/holder of an invalid ticket will be refused admission to ELĒKRŎN Show and will not be entitled to a refund.
  4. Tickets may only be used by the legitimate holder to gain admission to the relevant show and and may not be resold or offered for resale at any price in excess of the initial purchase price (whether through online auction sites or otherwise) or be used for or in connection with advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including without limitation to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original buyer or any subsequent bearer, unless authorized by Management. If an unauthorized resale of a ticket for commercial gain is confirmed, the relevant ticket and all other tickets purchased by the person responsible for the unauthorized resale will be made invalid (regardless of whether or not those other tickets were for resale) based on the breach of the T&C. The purchaser/holder of an invalid ticket will be refused admission to the show and will not be entitled to a refund. Management reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold and to deny any such Guest entry to the show or attraction without a refund.
  5. Management shall not be liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason and shall not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms &Conditions. Neither is Management liable for any delay or non-performance which is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, or for any costs incurred other than the cost of the tickets.
  6. Each Ticket is valid for one person only regardless of age. Persons purchasing, claiming or collecting purchased tickets are required to present at the Box Office (or at any other designated counters/kiosks) the following: (1) Credit Card used in the transaction; (2) valid Photo ID Card / Passport of the Credit Card holder for verification of identity of the purchaser; (3) confirmation number, vouchers, receipts and/or any other relevant confirmation documents (if applicable). Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for re-sale and are revocable. Tickets are void if altered.
  7. In case the Credit Card holder is not attending the show and/or cannot be present at the Box Office, the person holding the e-ticket(s) is required to present the e-ticket(s) at the Box Office together with the following: (1) his/her valid Photo ID Card / Passport; (2) the photocopy of the front and back of the Credit Card used in the online transaction; (3) the photocopy of the valid Photo ID Card / Passport of the Credit Card holder; and (4) the authorization letter from the said Credit Card holder authorizing the person holding the e-ticket(s) to present the e-ticket(s) at the Box Office together with the photocopy of the front and back of the Credit Card used in the online transaction and the photocopy of the valid Photo ID Card/ Passport of the Credit Card holder for verification of the identity of the purchaser and the authority of the person holding the e-ticket(s). To avoid any delay, we recommend claiming/collecting the e-ticket(s), at least, 1 hour prior to the Show.
  8. Any person or entity purchasing and/or holding a ticket for the show is bound by the relevant Terms and Conditions made available and/or displayed, amongst others, at the Box Office and/or the official ELĒKRŎN website as amended from time to time.
  9. Guests who are unable to present the abovementioned documents will not be admitted to the Show unless new tickets are purchase at the Box Office.
  10. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  11. Persons under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before buying tickets.
  12. Children under 6 years of age are not recommended to attend the show.
  13. Paper and electronic tickets are printed with unique reference numbers and security features. Holders of any other ticket type will be refused admission to the show or attraction and may face prosecution.
  14. The Management reserves the right to cancel or modify redemptions where it appears that a ticket holder has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the redemptions contained are the result of a mistake or error.
  15. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the show and show venue and determine the time and manner in which customers are to be admitted. For example, latecomers may be refused admission until a suitable break in the show as determined by the Management.
  16. Travel to and from the venue is the sole responsibility of the Guest. No refund and exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea.
  17. Customers attending the show do so at their own risk. The customer voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the show whether occurring before, during or after the show. The Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, liability or death so caused (unless such death or personal injury was caused by negligence of the Management). The customer assumes all risks and liabilities for any medical conditions associated with attending the show. The Management shall bear no liability for any personal injuries, health problems or death sustained at a show, whether resulting or not, directly or indirectly, from any existing medical condition of the customer.
  18. The Management reserves the right to alter the seat allocation by providing alternative seats to those specified on the ticket without prior notice. If this is necessary for any reason, Management will reimburse any reduction in value between the original and altered seat allocation.
  19. In order to provide, ensure and maintain a safe, hygienic and healthy environment at the venue, Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any customers they suspect may adversely impact other customers or employees. Refund or exchange of tickets will be made to these customers in accordance with Clause 33 and 34.;
  20. For security purposes and upon request, the customer may be subject to inspection and for these purposes must open any bag, package or other item which is in his or her possession before admission to the arena. Customers who do not agree to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from the premises.
  21. As per Macau SAR laws, smoking is not permitted in the show venue.
  22. All mobile phones, portable communication devices or any other electronic equipment should be disabled when inside the venue to avoid disturbing the performance.
  23. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous, or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the show without refund or compensation. Customers who cause a disturbance, act inappropriately or refuse to comply with requests made by the Management will be evicted from the show venue without any refund or compensation.
  24. Customers must abide by and follow all public announcements, directions, restrictions, warnings, or regulations in relation to the entry to and remaining within all Studio City venues.
  25. Any unauthorized soliciting, selling of goods, tickets, or services or customer surveys of any kind are prohibited.
  26. Performances may contain strobe lights, loud audio effects, fog, pyrotechnics, hydro effects, animatronic, lighting , other special effects, car stunts and its created tyre smell and dust. The Management will not be held liable for any health issues directly resulting from attending the show at the show venue.
  27. The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted in the show venue:

    • Outside food or beverage
    • Glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages (except those purchased at the show venue)
    • Camera lense longer than 3”
    • Video Cameras
    • Long handled umbrellas, large bags and luggage
    • Selfie Sticks
    • Pets (only service animals are permitted)
    • Aerosol cans, firearms, fireworks, laser pointers
    • Knives or other dangerous weapons
    • Banners, flags and metal flag poles
    • Whistles and any noise makers
    • Confetti or shredded paper
    • Any item or restricted object deemed by the Management to be dangerous or inappropriate
  28. Throwing objects, uses of lighting sources such as laser pointers, flash photography or similar devices are strictly prohibited.
  29. No film cameras, video cameras or recording devices of any kind and in any format such as mobile phones with video recording devices incorporated will be allowed in the theater. Recording of the show, either via image, sound or both is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized recordings will be confiscated and deleted.
  30. Guests must be appropriately clothed and must wear shoes at all time. Guests not appropriately clothed and/or with bare feet will not be permitted for admission.
  31. The Management will not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to any force majeure such as power failure, fire, explosion, flood, typhoon, storm or similar disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, abnormally inclement weather, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, act of God, communicable disease outbreaks, industrial action, acts or regulations of national or local governments, governmental order or decrees, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
  32. Without prejudice to clause 5 & 33, for any show cancelled, the Management shall only be responsible for refunding the cost of ticket(s) or exchange your tickets at the same price, whether the tickets are purchased as part of any travel package or not (options to be determined by the Management). Customers may be offered seats at alternative performances (subject to availability and Management’s decision) up to the cost of ticket(s). Refunds via original purchasing credit/debit cards will be processed within 45 working days. The Management shall have no further liability to customers beyond the face value of the ticket purchased. Subject to the conditions set out of Clause 6 & 7 any refund shall be made to the holders of the valid ticket or to the holder of the Credit Card used for the transaction or to the authorized holders of the e-ticket (as applicable).
  33. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for cash refunds. In the event of closure, delay or postponement of a performance, holders of complimentary tickets should contact the department that has offered the ticket for a ticket exchange.
  34. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
